At what time is MIPIM?
Visitor hours
Housing Matters! takes place on Monday, March 10, from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Visitor access hours are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11, Wednesday, March 12, and Thursday, March 13. On Friday, March 14, access is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Exhibitor hours
Access for exhibitors is from 8:30 am.
Removal of valuables (small items) is possible from 1pm to 3pm on Friday.

Getting to Cannes
Cannes is easily accessible and offers many transport options.
Train
Cannes train station is located in the city center and is only a few steps away from the Palais des Festivals. It offers connections to all French regions and the major European cities.

Car
If you’re looking to park your car, there are a few options available:
Car park: There are a few car parks near the Palais and within walking distance. Please refer to the Official Cannes Website to view an interactive map.
Public street parking: There are parking spots along the Croisette as well as on a few side streets.
Flight
Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is the closest airport to Cannes and offers enhanced accessibility services. Special assistance is offered free of charge.

Hop on a bike and join us at MIPIM!
We are happy to say that some clients get to Cannes by bike. They are all associations independant from MIPIM, get in touch with them directly if you want to take part.

Your airport transfer solutions
The Nice Côte d'Azur international airport - located near Cannes - is the largest airport outside of Paris, and offers easy transfer solutions.
Transfer by buses
The Nice AirportXpress line N°81 connects Nice Côte d'Azur airport to Cannes train station every day from 7:00 to 22:00, every 30 minutes.

Transfer by taxi
A personal driver will be waiting for you at the airport and pick you up at your arrival (Terminal 1 - Gate A1 & Terminal 2 - Gate A3).

Onsite services
Quiet room
All attendees are welcome to use our quiet room, which offer a safe space to retreat whenever you feel overwhelmed by the event environment. These room gives you the time and space to decompress, regulate your sensory system, and balance your nervous system.
The specific location within the Palais will be provided on the floorplan two weeks before the show.
Lactation room
Feel free to use our safe and private space for nursing, with lockable door, comfortable seating, access to electric outlet, and proper storage for breast milk.

Interfaith prayer room
The interfaith prayer room at MIPIM provides a quiet space for attendees of all faiths to pray and reflect during the event.
