Code of conduct at MIPIM

Welcome to our shows!

To ensure experiences are positive, we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our events based on mutual respect for all participants.

By accessing our shows, you undertake to respect all individuals, whether on-site or online, regardless of gender, race, religion, origin, physical appearance, age, sexual orientation, disability or any other distinctive sign.

Inappropriate behaviour such as lack of respect or harassment will not be tolerated.

All participants are subject to the event's Code of Conduct.

Code of Conduct

We define inappropriate behaviour as:

  • any form of verbal or physical violence;
  • the use of derogatory or discriminatory language, gestures or actions;
  • any form of harassment, racism or sexism;
  • any inappropriate physical contact;
  • any targeted comments that may personally offend other people.

These behaviors are prohibited whether they are directed at participants, Organization Staff or Service Providers.

Exhibitors must not use images or content or conduct activities on their stands that may offend participants' sensibilities.

The style of clothes all participants wear must be suitable for the context of the event in order to create an environment that respects the other participants and is not offensive.

Actions on Site

Violations of the Code of Conduct deteriorate your experience of our events.

Our aim is to create a positive environment where you achieve your objectives in an atmosphere of mutual respect and professionalism.

We want to do this for you and with you.

Therefore, we reserve the right to take any action necessary against any person who fails to comply with the Code of Conduct, disrupts the event or makes the environment hostile for participants, Organization Staff or Service providers, including, but not limited to, refusing entry or removing the person(s) from the event and pursuing action where appropriate.

If you believe you have observed or experienced a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it on site to a member of RX France staff, who can be identified by their badge.

Remember that informing the organising team is not a substitute for contacting the local police (call 112) if you deem it to be appropriate.

Enjoy your MIPIM, safely and freely!
